          First thing’s first. Let us start this blog by clarifying what it ISN’T about. This blog definitely doesn’t undermine the nutritional requirements of the opposite genders. When we talk about the “vitamin needs” of women, we aren’t just talking about the women but all the other genders too that go through similar hormonal changes and fluctuations.
